My father “Jimmy” always had the idea that one day he would open a BBQ restaurant. He was always to busy with his day job to ever do so. Having heard this dream he had, one day I decided to start trying to live his dream in November of 2008. With an extremely unique BBQ Sauce and a lot of tenacity I set off to make my father’s dream come true. After purchasing a food truck and going anywhere anyone would have me, we finally sunk our roots in the ground at our Downtown St. Cloud location in 2014. Within 10 minutes of opening our doors we had a line stretching around the block. Four years later, after realizing that I was living my fathers dream, I decided to make my dream a reality. Enter Porky’s Comedy Club opening in January of 2018. After establishing the Comedy Club, we built a kitchen for Jimmy Bear’s to use in the same building, merging the two Dreams together………mix in Jack Rabbit Slims Bar and you have the DREAM of DREAMS!! You might even say it’s Pork Fiction!!!
